  • Islington Agency workers should use the ‘request an account’ process. It’s important we know where you work so use the drop-down menu and ‘+’ buttons to drill down through the directorate / service and into your specific team, click ‘OK’ and then complete the remaining request information fields.
  • Employees of registered external partner organisations should use the ‘request an account’ process. It’s important that we know which organisation you belong to please use the drop-down menu and the ‘+’ buttons to drill down and find your organisation and team, click ‘OK’ and then complete the remaining request information fields. 
  • Permanent Islington Council employees do not need to request an account. Your account will be created automatically using your employee ID information from corporate records.

Account requests are reviewed within 72 hours, and you will receive confirmation of your account creation via and automated email and/or a reply from the HR Learning and Development team.
